A quaint community with an abundance of character. Lowell dates back to 1863, nearly 30 years before Everett. Lowell has a very small-town feel, yet it's only minutes from downtown Everett. The historic community borders the Snohomish River, and has majestic views of the Snohomish River Valley and Cascade Mountains.
