The Riverside neighborhood is the oldest neighborhood in Everett. It features mountain and river views, multiple parks, and an active neighborhood association that arranges special events and activities for the community. You'll also love it's extremely convenient access to I-5 and Highway 2.

There’s an active Bike Polo group that plays at the tennis courts behind QFC, a large playground and basketball hoops at Garfield park, or you can always catch the sunrise over the Cascades. Local tip – the burgers at Garfield Park during the Little League season are the bomb.

Really beautiful, historic homes - arts and crafts, bungalows, and craftsman homes are common. There’s also some newer construction sprinkled around the neighborhood.
