The Evvy Awards - Everett's Best Brewery Winners
It was a difficult month of frothy research. We know you've all been suffering through countless pints of cold-ones to ensure that Everett's best brewery is rightfully crowned. Well, friends, the results are in! So let’s hop to it.
Third Place - At Large
That's right. The new kid on the block apparently knows what they're doing. We're not surprised considering how impressed we were when they first opened in Everett just months ago. Read our mini interview we did with the owner here.
Second Place - Scuttlebutt
Again, no surprise here. Scuttlebutt is a seasoned vet with 20 years of experience under their belt. In addition to a legit lineup of tasty brews they've also got a full restaurant with a delicious menu of eats. It also doesn't hurt that they're located at the Everett waterfront. Scuttlebutt is an Everett classic.
First Place - (Drum Roll...) Crucible
Ay, congrats! It was a close race but Crucible took the cake...err, keg. Okay, actually it wasn't really that close for first place. Crucible kind of killed it. So they're either really good at getting people to vote, or they really do have amazing beer (or both!). Either way, you should probably go test them out for yourself to be sure. We checked them out shortly after they opened last year, and we were most definitely not disappointed. Read our spot check about Crucible here.
Honorable mentions -
Lazy Boy truly was close to 3rd place, and they're kind of amazing. As are Middleton and Justice. Yes, we're shouting out to each and every one of the 6 breweries in Everett. We love Everett breweries as if they we're our own children... they're all pretty darned special in their own right.
Cheers,

PS- Bloodworks Northwest is currently offering to trade you a pint of Lazy Boy beer if you donate now through labor day. Details here.
Garret and Tyler are the founders of Live in Everett. They play racquetball three times per week (Tyler always wins, but only because he has longer arms) and sell real estate.
