Films to Watch Now - Films to Make You Thankful
Once again, we are making a holiday wreath to donate to the Marine Toys for Tots silent auction. All wreaths will be on display at waterfront restaurants for viewing and early bidding from November 22nd through December 2nd. The final bidding will be at the Holiday on the Bay December 3rd, until 4 pm.
Tucked into the Everett Film Festival wreath will be vouchers for 2 tickets to the festival, valued at $100...just so you know!
In the meantime, here are a few short films for you to watch if you need a break from Football this Thanksgiving.
Crossing Home: a Skier’s Journey
Follow two British Columbia men as they hike, ski, and kayak from Whistler through the Coastal Range until they arrive at Bute Inlet on the Pacific Ocean.
Debris
Continue on to Vancouver Island and see how Tofino B.C. artist John Bolton creates a Memorial to the people of Fukoshima with the debris that has washed ashore from the 2011 earthquake and Tsunami.
The Moment
For dessert, here is a short animation that gives us all a reason to be thankful.
