Everett troubadour Jason Webley will interview his friend Grey Filastine about his ARKA KINARI project at Black Lab Gallery on Sunday at 6 p.m. Greyâs epic art project traveled the world on a sailing ship and ended up trapped in the Pacific when countries shut their borders at the beginning of the pandemic. Load up your piles of personal paperwork and head to the mall Saturday at 9 a.m. for a free BECU shredding event. They will accept some electronics for recycling as well as cash and nonperishable food donations for local food banks. FREE

The US Marine Corps Toys for Tots will start accepting monetary donations and new unwrapped toys Saturday at 10 a.m. in hopes of delivering gifts to more than 65,000 kids.
