The charcuterie board has just grown up.

Charcuterie boards are a thing of the past. Welcome to grown-up grazing tables.

Close your eyes and imagine with me: entire tables mapped out in rivers of stuffed peppadews, boats full of prosciutto and melons, platters full of wine-soaked cheeses, roses lovingly made of salami, bunches of lush grapes spilling off tiers overflowing with house-made fruit and nut crackers, goblets full of gluten-free cheese bites, colorful cupcakes made with love and magic, wedges of pies overflowing with filling.

For many years, Shirah Clark has been baking cakes and pies for her communities, from Everett to Tacoma and back again. Last year Shirah took over a thriving grazing board business in south Everett and has not looked back. She and her team of magic makers create edible works of art for all occasions.
