  • Everett United Church of Christ 2624 Rockefeller Avenue Everett, WA, 98201 United States (map)

Free event for all ages.

Native American storyteller and flute player, Paul Cheokten Wagner joins 350 Everett for entertainment and education on climate action.

A journey of ancient understandings of our human responsibilities inside of the circle of life. Paul Che oke ten Wagner of the Saanich First Nations is a traditional storyteller, an award winning Native American Flutist and longtime climate activist, the founder of Winter Shelter For Standing Rock/ Inventor of the Tarpee, Founder of Protectors Of The Salish Sea.

Elaborating upon the unasked question... How did we manage to achieve paradise with millions of people in our Salish Sea bioregion without destroying one ecosytem, virtually no ancestor trees killed, and true peace achieved with every living being for 16 thousand years? In a world that is facing the end of a stable climate and the destruction of clean water in only a few hundred years we must begin to inquire about the multiple layers of philosophy which brought our bioregion to a place of wellness as well as all the beings around us including the water and air that we breath.
