2018 is the year you will learn self defense strategies!

This 4-hour program is developed by the American Women's Self Defense Association and is based on three (3) principles: Awareness, De-escalation, and Engagement.

After attending our workshop, you will be able to identify risks, evaluate your strength, and explore options for dealing with the threat of violence. In addition, you will also be educated on the legalities of self-defense in Washington state and how to have that conversation with law enforcement after an incident.

This program is designed for women who have NO martial arts experience, so you do not need to have any martial arts background. The class is open to women/girls from 12 years to 65 years old. For minors, a consent form will need to be signed by the parent/guardian prior to the beginning of class.
