Though we all possess a measure of innate resilience, it is often further nurtured by safe, stable and caring relationships throughout childhood. So, if healthy, supportive relationships are at the core of our ability to bounce back, what do we do when those relationships are hurt or broken? We can, as individuals or larger groups, restore the relationship and repair the harm.
