Get your Tuesdays off to a good start with a free yoga class! Local yoga instructor Diane Brooks will present “Morning Yoga for Every Body.” This series of five virtual classes are suitable for all experience and fitness levels. Drop in for one or all sessions. Classes will be held each Tuesday morning in November at 10 am.
