Volunteer with your family and friends to plant and restore a forest at Green Everett Day on Saturday, Oct. 2. All ages, identities, and experience levels welcome. Tools and gloves provided. This year, there will be four volunteer events to choose from to help with social distancing:

Forest Park - 9 a.m. to noon
Johnston-Kelly Park - 10 a.m. to noon.
South Forest Park Forest Reserve - 10 a.m. to noon
Thornton A. Sullivan Park - 9 a.m. to noon
