Susan Conrad, local paddler and certified kayak and fitness instructor will combine her passion for paddling and fitness as it specifically relates to kayaking with an entertaining discussion on keeping our bodies tuned up for those sometimes-abrupt kayak moves: rolling, bracing, re-entering, lifting & loading our kayaks, and the repetitive motion of clicking off the miles.
Adventurous souls will have the opportunity to push back their chairs and tune up a few kayak-specific muscles with the remaining time.
