Join local yoga instructor Diane Brooks for a series of five classes exploring different yoga styles. All classes are suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. Try out hatha yoga for a moderate workout, with yoga postures in seated, reclined and standing positions, including balance postures. Experience yin yoga, practicing present-moment mindfulness while holding gentle stretches on the mat, opening the connective tissues to increase flexibility. Both styles will include demonstrations of chair yoga options.
