Join Northwest Room Historian Lisa Labovitch at The Independent Beer Bar for a casual discussion of "Hop King," by Dennis M. Larsen. Hop King tells the story of Ezra Meeker, a pioneer whose fortunes rose and fell during the first boom of hops production in Washington Territory.

Beer enthusiasts and local history buffs alike are encouraged to join in for this first off-site book discussion meeting.
