Attend a "Make it, Take it" workshop hosted by Everett Public Works and build your own rain barrel. The fee covers the cost of the 55-gallon barrel and all parts. You must pre-register for the workshop. Space is limited. Workshop will be held outdoors and masks will be required. Fee is $40, cash or check, made out to the City of Everett.
