Come share in community and find support in your relationship with your body-mind. This is a neuro-affirming group centered around a disability justice framework. No music experience required.

This is a FREE support group for neurodivergent adults, facilitated by two neurodivergent music therapists, Yana Ramos (they/none) and Cassie Fox (they/them). We will use music therapy techniques and other forms of art and expression to process both our unique and shared experiences of neurodivergence. We believe self-diagnosis is valid and equitable - you do not need to have any clinical confirmation to be a part of this group.
