Join our FREE Sunday trail running monthly series. Pace, mileage, etc. depends on who shows up! However, don't worry, we'll help you start, finish & have a good time hitting the trails!
Locations will vary month-to-month.
These group runs are designed to help you become more comfortable and adept at trail running. Stride adjustment, trail assessment, gear choices and safety will be discussed.
The group will run the trails together at a comfortable pace along the local PNW trails. If need be, we'll break up into groups according to pace/mileage goals.
