Tween STEAM Club: Building Blocks with Balloons 101

  • Mariner Library 520 128th Street Southwest Everett, WA, 98204 United States (map)

Learn the fundamentals of making building blocks with balloons! Come to the unique STEM experience with DAVID ROGERS (Certified DR. of Balloonology) and you will learn basic balloon building blocks and how you can turn a simple balloon into a load bearing structure. This is a hands-on (workshop-style) class where you will be building, twisting, bending, building, and thinking while you use professional-grade balloons.

No previous experience required. Come prepared to do some innovative engineering, make some noise, get out of that box, and build one! Ages 8+ welcome. (Allergy note: These balloons are 100% latex. You will not be required to physically inflate them… but you can take the challenge!)
