The Mother of All Garage Sales, also known as MOAGS, is an annual tradition that takes place here in Everett’s Northwest Neighborhood the first Saturday of every August, a day for the community to meet and mingle, while hunting down the next bargain or treasure.

This is the perfect time to take advantage of all your home organization projects and spring cleaning, and pass along your no longer needed items and make a few dollars!
