The everett rental guide

There are a proverbial mother-load of places to rent in Everett. So much so that it can be hard to know where to look and what to look for. We've put together this list of places we'd suggest if we had friends or family moving here from out of town.

Apartment Communities
WE LOVE

Skotdal Real Estate has, in our opinion, the most impressive and beautiful new apartment buildings in the city. If you like living downtown and want new, hip, secure apartments with great amenities, check out one of these communities:

Aero Apartments (Brand new and really sweet!)
Address: 2901 Rucker Ave.
Phone: 425-252-4000

Library Place
Address: 2720 Hoyt Ave.
Phone: 425-252-6600
Email

Peninsula Apartments
3120 Colby Ave.
425-252-0100
Email

Skotdal Real Estate also owns the Port Gardner Collection. These properties are all really awesome (and beautiful) vintage apartments in some of Everett's most desirable neighborhoods. These apartments offer lower-priced rent while still boasting loads of charm along with the service and quality that the Skotdal's are known for. Potala Marketplace is another one of Downtown Everett's newest apartment communities that's still under construction. When it's complete, it should be pretty incredible, as it's slated to be on top of a year-round, Pike Place-esque Farmer's Market (also still under construction). We don't have a ton of information on it yet, other than what their website provides. Click here to check it out.

The Artspace Lofts are radical (and affordable) work/live lofts for artists. The space is awesome and features a rooftop deck overlooking the sound The community sits above the magnificent Schack Art Center.
