Grab a coffee from Live in Everett Member Diedrich Espresso and settle in to plan your summer. Here are some fun things happening. 

MUSIC

Music in the Marina is every Thursday through August 18 with food trucks, a beer garden and a makers market. The show’s free, but you’ll need to pay to park.

Celebrating African and African American culture in the form of fellowship and community connectedness, Nubian Jam is on July 30 at Forest Park. There will be a fashion show, vendors, youth activities, fun, food and live entertainment. FREE

Make sure to follow and support our local music venues, including Tony V’s Garage, Black Lab Gallery, Lucky Dime, Madison Ave Pub, Rocko’s Fireside, Port Gardner Bay Winery and Historic Everett Theater. 



ART

Everett Artwalk is the third Thursday evening of each month. Check the Everett Art Walk website for an interactive map showing participating businesses. 

Everett Poetry Night is every Monday at 5 p.m. at Sisters Restaurant. In addition, you can catch Ghost Mic on Sundays at 5:30 p.m. at Legion Memorial Park. 

More murals are going up in Downtown Everett from August 4 to 7.  

Schack Art Center’s Fresh Paint Festival is back this year on August 20 and 21. Browse some great artwork for purchase and have an opportunity to see the artists in action

Rounding out the summer art season is Schacktoberfest starting September 8 and Artists’ Garage Sale on September 10. You can expect some great deals on artwork and supplies

Port of Everett is hosting Sail-In Cinema at Boxcar Park. You can catch a movie every Friday through August 18.  

Downtown Everett Association is bringing back Salty Sea Days as a block party on July 22 and 23

Cory Michaelis and Everett Comedy Night have monthly shows scheduled at Historic Everett Theater through October

The Delta Neighborhood Association is hosting Shakespeare in the Park on July 30

Everett Improv has regular shows and classes, including some things for kids

Make sure to catch the boys of summer at Funko Field.

Take a trip to Jetty Island on a ferry boat for Jetty Island Days.

There’s a new dog park at Lowell Riverfront Trail. 

Keep an eye on the Everett Parks and Community Services Facebook page for an opening date for Emma Yule Park
