This Tuesday is the last day to vote in this month EVVY Awards for Everett's Best Thai Restaurant, so if you haven't cast your vote yet, get on it! We'll announce the winners later this week.
In case you didn't hear, the Everett Waterfront is undergoing lost of construction. ICYMI, 5 parcels were leased to the Schuster Group, and they're planning on building new restaurants for your dining pleasure. The real question is, what will they be?
TRICK-OR-TREAT: Everett Mall Free Family Trick-or-Treat @ Everett Mall
Bring kids 12 and under to the Everett Mall Tuesday from 5-7 PM for some free, dry trick-or-treating from different stores throughout the mall. Most shops are participating, and their will be live music in the center court.
HERE FOR THE BOOS: 1st Annual Hewitt Halloween Crawl
Adults: here are your Halloween plans. Starting Tuesday at 5 PM hit up the five participating locations in your Halloween duds for some booze and grub. It's also a crawl for a cause, so overall it's a win win.
FREE HALLOWEEN: Trek or Treat @ New Life Church Everett
Let your little monsters romp around a safe place this Halloween from 5-7:30 PM. Bouncy houses. Carnival games. Free candy. Need we say more?
MOUNTAIN POSE: Yoga Classes @ Summit Everett
Summit Everett's yoga classes are up and at 'em again every Thursday at 6 PM. They've also got a bunch of other classes on climbing if you want to become totally 100% parkour.
AEROSPACE: Free First Thursdays @ Flying Heritage Collection
Explore the halls of vintage aircraft for free this Thursday starting at 10 AM. The museum closes at 5 PM, so you've got all day to enjoy those giant hunks of metal.
HOCKEY TIME: 2 Everett Silvertips Games @ Xfinity Arena
Time to don that hockey jersey, 'cuz the Silvertips have two different games this week. Head to the arena Friday at 7:30 PM to see the Prince George Cougars. Saturday at 7 PM our 'tips brawl with the Portland Winterhawks, and parts of the ticket proceeds support the Pink the Rink Fund.
MAN'S BEST FRIEND: Old Dog Haven Fun 5k Walk
Finally, a fun run you can bring your dog to! Strut your stuff downtown Everett Saturday at 10 AM to help support Old Dog Haven. Registration is $20 per person, and kids 14 and under are free.
