In honor of Back to the Future Day, the Historic Everett Theatre is showing Back to the Future 2 tonight at 7 PM for free.

Thursday Evening at the Historic Everett Theatre

Alright, sure, the 'Hawks are struggling a bit this year. Whatever though, we're still fans. We'll be watching the game on the (really) big screen at the Historic Everett Theatre. It's free to watch and there's food to purchase too. More info here.


Snapshots opening

Village Theatre opens their 2015-2016 season with Snapshots this Friday. We're huge fans of Village Theatre's work and never miss a chance to catch a show with our wives. Buy tickets here.


Pumpkin Fest
Friday at The Anchor Pub

The Anchor has New Belgium Brewing stopping by on Friday with a whole bunch of pumpkin beer to try. They'll also have a pumpkin carving contest and live music. Sounds like a blast. More info here.


Monster Mash Mother-Son Dance (Kid Pick) 
Friday Night at Floral Hall

Mothers, dress you and your son(s) up in their Halloween costumes and force them to dance with you on Friday night at Floral Hall. Details here.
 


Silvertips!
Friday and Saturday night at Xfinity Arena

The 'Tips play twice this weekend. Friday's game is against the Portland Winterhawks and Saturday's is against the Seattle Thunderbirds.

Some things to note:

1) We'll be collecting food donations for the Volunteers of America both nights. Please consider bringing a donation to the game. 

2) Friday is Hockey Happy Hour. Get a lower-level ticket and a drink for $20.

3) Saturday is Pink the Rink. Dress up in pink and get crazy for breast cancer awareness.

4) See number 1 again, seriously, please bring a can of food for the less fortunate. We'd be grateful!

Chocolate Milk Day
Saturday afternoon at Sno-Isle Co-Op

Saturday is Chocolate Milk Day at the Co-Op. Rumor has it that they'll be sampling local chocolate milk all day and it's going to be udderly delicious. Check the Co-Op's website here.


Vodka Infusion Class
Sunday afternoon at Bluewater

Make your own infused vodka on Sunday at Bluewater Distilling's totally rad new location at the Everett waterfront. They provide the goods and the knowhow, all you need to do is show up. This makes a great first date because the booze will make you way more attractive and confident**.

We're officially accepting nominations for the first-ever Evvy award for best Pizzeria. You can vote here.

...The Evvy awards are just like the Emmys except we're awarding people and businesses of Everett –rather than famous actors and what not. Also, we don't give out gold statues, but we do give something! Each month we'll collect votes and each month we'll give out an Evvy.
