This is the first meeting to coordinate with volunteers. Last year we had approximately 90 volunteers, we would like to have close to that same amount this year. The volunteers helped make last year's parade a great success!

We need volunteers to help with various jobs, such as:

• Check parade entries in before the parade
• Walk with the parade as Parade Ambassadors (Marshals)
• Help foster communication through HAM radio
• Help parade entrants find their place in the staging areas
• Help the parade entries get back to their cars and buses safely before leaving town
• Track equipment and supplies
• Pull the water wagons and distribute water along the parade route
