Bust Some Blackberry at South Everett Forest Preserve

  • South Everett Forest Preserve 1018 109th Street Southeast Everett, WA, 98208 United States (map)

Join the Green Everett Partnership as we work together to restore the South Everett Forest Preserve!  This hidden gem of a forest may be small, but it’s a great asset to the community.  This is a great opportunity to get outside, burn some calories, meet some fellow community members, and to do something good for Everett parks!

Forest restoration activities:  Remove invasive non-native plants such as English ivy and Himalayan blackberry.

What to bring:  Come dressed to work outside (rain or shine) with sturdy shoes. Bring a water bottle or coffee cup.  We will provide coffee, refreshments, and light snacks, plus tools and work gloves.

Youth volunteers: If you are under 18 and attending the event without a parent or guardian, please come to the event with a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or guardian. The Green Everett Partnership youth release waiver can be found here.
