This is not only the first official work party of summer, it’s also the first work party at Hannabrook Park! This is a unique opportunity to see the process of restoration from the very beginning. Join Green Everett as we begin work at this location, and get involved from the ground floor!

Forest restoration activities:  Remove invasive non-native plants such as English ivy and Himalayan blackberry.

What to bring:  Come dressed to work outside (rain or shine) with sturdy shoes. Bring a water bottle or coffee cup.  We will provide coffee, refreshments, and light snacks, plus tools and work gloves.

Youth volunteers: If you are under 18 and attending the event without a parent or guardian, please come to the event with a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or guardian. The Green Everett Partnership youth release waiver can be found here.
