Join us for Everett’s biggest and most anticipated annual forest-planting community celebration: Green Everett Day! This is the Green Everett Partnership’s first planting event of the wet season, and our largest annual event that celebrates our forests. Everett residents and volunteers will join together at Thornton A. Sullivan Park to help plant a native forest and care for the park’s natural areas. This past year volunteers have worked hard to remove large amounts of invasive weeds at Thornton A. Sullivan Park, making room for new native plants! The hundreds of trees and shrubs planted on Green Everett Day 2019 will grow into a beautiful forest for all to enjoy.

Tools, gloves, coffee, snacks, and instruction all provided! There will also be prizes and gifts from local businesses.
