A free support group for first responders looking for a safe place to increase tools to utilize music for self-care; facilitated by a music therapist. Participants will share experiences through music listening, music sharing, songwriting, and lyric analysis. No music experience required.

The group will meet on Fridays from 3:00-4:00 PM beginning June 18, 2021 through September 10, 2021 at the Music Project (1702 Pacific Ave, Everett, WA 98201). Spots reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
