Mayor Cassie Franklin will honor this year's recipient of the Richard Wendt Award of Excellence and the winners of the Mayor's Arts Awards. The event will start at 6 pm for a social hour of evening bites and no-host bar and the program will begin at 7 pm. This event is free and open to everyone.
