During Free Admission Night, Imagine Children’s Museum is hosting its 10th annual Tooth-Apolooza program in celebration of National Children’s Dental Health Month. Local pediatric dentists will be offering free mini dental exams for children from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. Admission is free starting at 5:30 p.m. for this very special event at the Museum.
Various activity stations include “Plaque Buster!” where children can practice brushing and learn about the amazing power of the brush, along with “Toothpaste – Your Teeth’s Superhero,” a hands-on activity showing how sugar sticks to enamel and how difficult it is to remove from teeth.
The Museum’s own Dr. Science will bring his tooth decay experiment along with Sugar Shocker, Jumbo Flossing, Energy Drinks and your Teeth and Plaque Buster – Elephant Toothpaste to Tooth-Apolooza from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Thanks to the R.S.V.P. (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program) of Snohomish County the Museum will also be giving out over 3000 dental health kits, enthusiastically assembled by the volunteers. Each dental health kit contains a toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss.
