Bring your friends, family, and neighbors to protect the trees and native plants of this beautiful forested park. This is a great opportunity to get outside, burn some calories, meet some fellow community members, and to do something good for Everett parks!
Forest restoration activities: Remove invasive non-native plants such as English ivy and Himalayan blackberry.
What to bring: Come dressed to work outside (rain or shine) with sturdy shoes. Bring a water bottle or coffee cup. We will provide coffee, refreshments, and light snacks, plus tools and work gloves.
Youth volunteers: If you are under 18 and attending the event without a parent or guardian, please come to the event with a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or guardian. The Green Everett Partnership youth release waiver can be found here.
