Bluewater not only has some FANCY cocktails, they also have delicious food as well. The mac & cheese is pretty bomb.com (add bacon!) and the fish tacos can't be beat. They also have a killer happy hour menu and won an EVVY Award for Everett's Best Date Spot.

Located in Riverside off of Summit Ave (go figure 🙄), Summit Park is Gabi's go to spot to watch the sunrise... instead of the sunset.
