What inspired you to start your business, and what makes you unique?:
I used to work on a food truck before and really love the food truck community. We are the only mobile food units that offer fresh and hot Malasadas Doughnuts. We make everything from scratch and fry to order.
What's your personal favorite item that you serve?:
Filled malasadas with Nutella or Bavarian Creme.
What’s the most challenging part of running your business or an obstacle you've had to overcome?:
Our food truck has gotten so much attention and support that sometimes we can't keep up with the demands.
Does your menu cater to any food allergies, vegetarian, or vegan options?:
Malasadas is vegetarian. It's contained eggs and milk.
Favorite place to eat (other than your business)?:
Ryan's REZ-ipes, El rimachi, bar dojo.
Favorite place in Everett to hang?:
Port of Everett.

I'm thrilled to be at 2023 Everett Food Truck Festival. Please support small business especially food trucks.

We are moving quite a bit but our main location is at Beverly Food Truck Park. People can find us on our social media such as Facebook and Instagram.
