It’s back!
After a 2020 cancellation (because, well, you know), we’re bringing back the Everett Food Truck Festival alongside Upper Left Beerfest!
While we’re busy preparing for the big party full of food, beer, makers, music, and more, here are just five of the awesome food trucks you will find in this year’s lineup:
Alaska Weathervane Scallops
Run by the fishers who catch and freeze at sea with their own fishing vessels, you won't find scallops fresher than these. Whether you’re thinking curry, scallad, a scallorito, or the like, Alaska Weathervane Scallops are seared to perfection just for you.
Tabassum
Named one of the Top Ten Dishes of 2019 by The Seattle Times, Tabassum brings affordable, authentic Central Asian Uzbek food to the Pacific NW. In addition to halal meat dishes, Tabassum offers vegan/vegetarian options too. Tabassum means "smile"! Which must explain why we’re already smiling as we think about sinking our teeth into their Samsas.
Das Bratmobile
A brother and sister team that serves up German foods fast. The menu includes multiple types of brats, from mild to spicy sourced from Uli's famous sausage in Seattle. The Jagerschnitzel is one of the best sellers. But we can’t help also eye their tasty-sounding sandwiches and burgers, including a black bean burger for all of our vegetarian friends.
Pie Bar Pie Truck
Pie Bar Pie Truck serves sweet and savory pie baked fresh every morning from Pie Bar Ballard. With over eight years in business and two brick and mortar (Ballard, Phinney Ridge) plus corporate accounts with Microsoft and Centurylink, you know Pie Bar Pie Truck brings the goods. We just can’t decide between sweet or savory. Darn. Guess we’ll just have to try both.
*Note: Pie Bar Pie Truck will be bringing the goodness at approximately 1 p.m.
Bliss Ice Cream
Speaking of pie, let’s talk about dessert. There will be multiple dessert options available (not counting Beerfest! Wink wink) and here’s just one dessert option we're excited for.
Bliss offers up super-premium ice cream made locally in small batches using only the very best all-natural ingredients. But are they really the best? We’re just going to have to suffer through some sampling and put them to the test.
Aside from eating way too much delicious food, make sure to catch the Everett Makers Market featuring local artisan vendors. Upper Left Beerfest will have a DJ on Friday and live music all day long Saturday. Beerfest will be featuring local breweries, cideries, seltzers and mead from over 25 breweries! You can snag Beerfest tickets here.
The Everett Food Truck Festival and Everett Makers Market are free and open to the public (unless you buy something, of course).
We look forward to seeing you on August 28!
Huge thanks to our sponsors!
