Everett Arts & Crafts: 10 Local Spots to Get Your Craft On

Header image: mandala rocks // Linda War Bonnet

I love to make art and do crafts. Deep in the pandemic, I was participating in some great craft classes online through the Everett Public Library. Mandala rock painting, lotus lanterns, boho braided wrap bracelets are just a few of the classes.

A couple of the classes were taught by Rinkle Shah from Creative Hands Studio. What? I’d never heard of what sounds like a magical place. Now that things are opening back up again, I decided to see what other arts and crafts opportunities are out there and it turns out there’s a lot! Here’s what I found.

Creative Hands Studio

17928 Bothell-Everett Hwy. | Bothell, WA 98012

In-studio and virtual art classes for kids are offered at Creative Hands Studio. For adults, there’s resin workshops, ceramic painting and glazing, ceramic open studio, and paint and sips. And I’m hopeful, maybe more classes in partnership with Everett Public Library. They also rent space for art parties.

They offer events and parties and there is just so much on their website -  you need to check it out!

The Painter, The Potter and The Puppeteer

I took a great kintsugi class with The Painter, The Potter and The Puppeteer when they were having classes at The Beehive. They are opening a new spot in Bothell so keep an eye out for upcoming classes. They’ve offered paint pouring, kintsugi and puppet making in the past.
